Our Return & Exchange Guidelines
We believe in making returns and exchanges as hassle-free as possible. Within 14 days of purchase, if your product is as good as new, with all original tags intact, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
In order to process a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Only uncustomized items can be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, products customized with your initials are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In case of bags with initial on tag, just the tag is
- The product must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- The product should be returned with original tags and packaging.
To begin a return or exchange process, please email us at email@example.com. Please note that all return shipping costs are your responsibility. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns not in accordance with our return policy. The condition of returned or exchanged items will be assessed by our team upon receipt. Only items in a saleable condition are eligible for return or exchange. Returns that do not meet our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any product that has been modified or custom monogrammed. These orders cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email first. In case of EU we will respond with a shipping label.
Please note, returns sent without our prior acknowledgment will be refused. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are unable to refund orders we do not receive.
All refunds, excluding shipping costs, will be applied to the original form of payment within 14 business days from the date of return. Please complete our Return Form and include it in your return package.
Cost of Returns
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from the refund value.
