Description
We design our products with longevity in mind. Over the years, good quality leather only gets better and ages beautifully. Unfortunately, with everyday use, it is also easy to get accidental scratches, abrasions and other damage. If you think that the time has come to seek help anf hand it over to our specialists, you can do it conveniently via our website.
If warranty for your bag still applies, the only cost you have to pay for the renovation is shipping, using the method of your choice.
If your bag is no longer subject to the free renovation, you can have it completely refurbished with us as a paid service - simply select the appropriate product variant or contact us directly.
How it works?
- Add this product to your cart or contact us at contact@sartolane.com.
- Choose your preferred method of shipping - you can either do it yourself or ask us to generate the return label (you will have to pay all the shipping costs).
- Pack your bag safely and send it to us.
- After we receive the bag, we will contact you with the confirmation and the overview on the work that will have to be done.
- After about a month (or less) we will send you the renovated bag back, to the address you provide.
- Enjoy your new-old bag!
